The Shire is proud to have been selected to be one of WALGA’s 76 initial RoadWise Councils for its ongoing commitment to best practice approaches to road safety through the Ngaanyatjarraku RoadWise Advisory Group. This supports our work toward effective management and planning of road infrastructure under our strategic Goals 1 and 2: Our People and Our Land.
Participation in the RoadWise Recognised initiative will provide the Shire with access to WALGA’s safety services and products including road safety policy development, training and professional development, knowledge sharing workshops and access to incentives and sponsored programs.
