At its Ordinary Meeting held on 30 August, Council adopted the 2023-2024 Annual Budget. The key points include:
- A 5% rates increase; and
- A 3% increase in fees and charges for the 2023-2024 financial year
- Operating expenses are expected to increase in line with CPI; and
- Staff salaries will increase by 5.3%.
