At it’s Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 28 February 2024, Council approved a strategic organisational restructure aimed at improving service delivery, enhancing efficiency, and better aligning resources with the corporate objectives of the organisation.
The restructuring initiative stems from a thorough review aimed at identifying opportunities for enhancing organisational performance. The changes will enable the Shire to refocus resourcing strategically on identified key priority areas for the community, thereby improving the chances of attaining successful and relevant outcomes.
Shire of Ngaanyatjarraku President, Damian McLean said “This initiative is a testament to our commitment in delivering quality services to our community. We believe that these changes will better equip the Shire to meet the evolving needs of the community”.
The implementation of the new organisation structure is scheduled to commence March 2024.
